FEES
Our rates are $160 for individual counselling sessions (1hr) and $225 for couples and family sessions (1.5hr).
We believe finances should not get in the way of quality care and offer a sliding scale depending on your circumstances. Contact us to discuss.
INSURANCE
Check with your insurance provider about whether or not counselling services are covered by your plan. Often insurers will cover a certain amount of sessions. I am a Canadian Certified Counsellors (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). We do not, however, offer direct billing at this time.
