Well, that depends on your preference, scheduling, and the type of counselling you are looking for.
For the most part, we work with similar clients however we do have certain specialties and can discuss who would be a better fit when you reach out.
In special circumstances for couples and families, we also offer co-therapy which means we work with you as a team at no additional cost.
CHRISTIAN?
We honour and respect that everyone has their own beliefs. However, for those who would like to discuss issues pertaining to a Christian perspective including scripture, prayer and who we are in light of Jesus we would be happy to do so at your request. We have both taken Masters level theology from Briercrest Seminary.
FEES
Our rates are $125 for individual counselling sessions (1hr) and $175 for couples and family sessions (1.5hr).
We believe finances should not get in the way of quality care and offer a sliding scale depending on your circumstances. Contact us to discuss.
INSURANCE
Check with your insurance provider about whether or not counselling services are covered by your plan. Often insurers will cover a certain amount of sessions. We are Canadian Certified Counsellors (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). We do not, however, offer direct billing at this time.
